Each tented camp in the northern Kafue National Park features 9 en-suite tents and family units. The tents, set on wooden platforms, are spacious and airy with attractive furnishings.
Both Lufupa River and Lufupa Tented Camp in Kafue National Park have stylish communal areas with comfy chairs and magnificent views over the confluence of the Kafue and Lufupa Rivers. Guests can mingle, enjoy a sundowner and contemplate their surroundings.
Lufapa River Camp:
The central hub of this camp is the Kafue Riverside Café, a lively restaurant and bar where guests can gaze out over the sparkling water while enjoying a la carte cuisine and drinks. The bar is open all day and into the early evening for both camps. There is also a plunge pool.
Lufupa Tented Camp:
This intimate camp with its Meru tent style has a relaxed central area, boma (open air enclosure), fireplace, dining area and plunge pool on the edge of the broad Kafue River.
