A Zambia holiday safari at Zungulila will take guests on a journey into one of the last untouched wilderness areas, travelling on foot with expert trackers and trail guides in the original ways of old, following the Kapamba River and beyond.

Zungulila specialise in small group Zambia walking safaris in a section of the South Luangwa National Park that is wild and untamed. There are no roads in this area and guests see only the wildlife up close and their fellow adventurers.
This Zambia bushcamp sits in a privileged position on a small hill from where guests can view abundant game that come to a natural spring to drink. The lodge overlooks this spring which flows all year, and the Hippo Pools Plain, with the Kapamba River off to the left of the camp.
After a thrilling African adventure in the wild, guest can get back to the camp for hot showers and sundowners overlooking the plain. Home cooked meals are delicious with interesting potjies (tasty stew) cooked in a three legged pot over the fire and Mongolian barbeques.
Zungulila and other Zambia bushcamps in the same group have many exciting walking trails over a number of days, moving through different habitats and experiencing the hospitality of 6 different styles of camp. Guests can be fully immersed in nature during the day then refresh and later relax around the camp fire at night.
